If you want to be part of a team that turns challenges into solutions, this opportunity could be yours! **This selection process consists of the following stages:** * Registration and completion of online tests; * Resume and prerequisite analysis; * Interview with HR; * Interview with the department manager and/or practical test (if applicable); * Admission medical exam; * Document submission; Onboarding. * **Together towards 100!** **Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, you will:** * Assist in identifying failures and support preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of industrial machines and equipment. * Support replacing basic components such as motors, sensors, and control modules under technical guidance. * Perform minor repairs and adjustments on electrical and electronic systems. * Monitor and assist in maintaining industrial communication networks. * Assist in refurbishments and adaptations of machines and electrical installations. * Support the assembly and disassembly of electrical panels and boards. * Provide support to the mechanical team in simple assembly and disassembly tasks. * Notify departments about scheduled power interruptions. * Record completed maintenance activities and keep reports and service orders updated. * Assist in monitoring maintenance indicators and implementing the TPM program. * Interpret electrical drawings with technical support to carry out tasks. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the 5S program. * Perform other support activities as directed by leadership. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed or ongoing Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields; * Experience in electrical maintenance; * Knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams; * Familiarity with measurement and monitoring devices (multimeters); * Availability for daytime work; * Willingness to reside in São Joaquim da Barra/SP. **Additional information** **What we offer?** * **Santa Casa Health Plan**, with special rates for VV employees; * **Dental Plan** **Sorriso**, including dependents; * Optional **Life Insurance**; * Partnership with **Relojoaria e Joalheria Ótica São Paulo and Ótica XV**, offering discounts and flexible payment options; * **Basic Food Basket** program; * **Breakfast provided** at the company; * **Profit Sharing Program (PPR)**; * **5x2 work schedule**; * Possibility of **Overtime/Banking Hours**; * **Dining area** available at the company; * Partnership with universities, offering special discounts for VV employees; * Internal **training programs**; * Exclusive internal job openings.
