Position: Quality Control and Development Technician - FERTILIZERS **Responsibilities:** * Organize quality control analyses of finished products (fertilizers); * Organize **sampling of raw materials** and finished products, following standard operating procedures (SOP); * Assist in **developing new products**, collaborating with the Research and Development (R&D) department in laboratory and field testing and validation stages; * Be responsible for **recording and entering analytical data into control spreadsheets** and internal systems, ensuring information traceability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field; * Previous experience (preferably); * Knowledge of Soils and Plant Nutrition; * Computer skills and knowledge of quality control; * Prior experience in the fertilizer industry.
