You will assist in organizing and scheduling unit service activities. Your responsibilities include basic technical service control—monitoring execution times, recording service and labor logs in the system—and supporting customer communication, always under the guidance of the scheduler or responsible manager. You will assist in tracking performance indicators and incidents, relaying information to the technical team to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will support the organization of service priorities by verifying equipment and tool availability as well as schedule capacity, contributing to adherence to established timelines.
