Responsible for assisting in organizing and scheduling service activities at the unit. Performs basic technical service control, monitors execution times, records service and labor entries in the system, and supports customer communications—always under the guidance of the scheduler or responsible manager. Assists in tracking performance indicators and incidents, relaying information to the technical team to ensure service quality. Supports prioritization of service requests by verifying equipment and tool availability as well as schedule capacity, contributing to adherence to established timelines.
