Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate, plan, and implement the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) in accordance with NR-7. Conduct and/or supervise occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, change-of-risk/function, and termination examinations), issuing the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO). Conduct and/or oversee supplementary examinations required for worker health monitoring, as stipulated by the PCMSO. Provide outpatient and low-complexity emergency medical care at the workplace. Diagnose and treat—or refer—occupational diseases and work-related health impairments. Assess employees’ fitness for duty and propose job accommodations when necessary. Prepare and maintain up-to-date medical records for workers, ensuring ethical and legal confidentiality. Issue opinions, reports, and medical assessments related to occupational health. Manage medical certificates and analyze causal links between work accidents or occupational diseases (NTEP). Collaborate with HR and other company departments regarding absences, return-to-work processes, and professional rehabilitation. Actively participate in developing and implementing environmental risk prevention programs (in coordination with the Occupational Safety/SESMT department) and health promotion campaigns. Promote educational and awareness initiatives on health, accident prevention, ergonomics, and well-being in the workplace. Collaborate with CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) and SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine). Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Medicine. Specialization in Occupational Medicine (postgraduate program, medical residency, or specialist certification). Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE) in Occupational Medicine issued by the Regional Medical Council (CRM). Active and current registration with the CRM.
