Performs basic control of technical services, monitors execution times, records service and labor entries in the system, and supports customer communications—all under the guidance of the scheduler or responsible manager. Assists in monitoring performance indicators and incidents, relaying information to the technical team to ensure service quality. Supports prioritization of service requests by verifying equipment and tool availability and schedule alignment, contributing to adherence to established timelines. Also provides administrative support for departmental routines, maintaining updated records and facilitating communication among the workshop, technicians, and customers.
