




We are looking for an **HR Analyst** to strategically and operationally manage all people management-related processes. We seek an organized, proactive professional committed to deadlines and legal compliance. **Main responsibilities** * Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and vacation management; * Process and verify payroll; * Manage benefits, leave of absences, medical certificates, and electronic time records; * Issue and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS, etc.); * Keep employee records and labor documents up to date; * Provide support to managers and employees regarding labor-related inquiries; * Assist in internal audits and compliance processes.
