




The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring the correct processing of payroll, as well as analyzing and verifying data to guarantee compliance with labor and social security obligations. Additionally, this role involves preparing management reports and supporting inquiries related to employee benefits and compensation. * Process payroll, ensuring the proper application of current labor and social security regulations. * Analyze and verify data entered into the payroll system, identifying potential inconsistencies and making necessary corrections. * Prepare managerial reports with relevant payroll information such as personnel costs, charges, and benefits. * Complete payroll closing within established deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments. * Provide support on matters related to benefits, compensation, and labor legislation by advising clients. * Participate in internal and external audit processes, providing required information and documentation to verify compliance with adopted practices. * Stay updated on changes in labor and social security legislation, ensuring company practices remain compliant.
