




**About the Position** ---------------- We are an expanding group with a strong presence in the health and services sector, consolidated through Imaging Clinics and operationally distributed units across regions. Our purpose is to provide integrated, efficient, and standardized management, guaranteeing operational excellence across all Group units. We are currently structuring our Shared Services Center (SSC) and seeking professionals who wish to grow with us, contributing to the implementation, standardization, and evolution of Human Resources processes. We are looking for a Mid-level Human Resources Analyst with a generalist profile, organized, analytical, and process-oriented. The person will be responsible for integrated HR operations within the SSC, supporting multiple business units, ensuring legal compliance, routine standardization, and a high-quality experience for leaders and employees. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a transforming environment, with active participation in implementing and consolidating structured and centralized HR. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- Human Resources Management – Generalist Profile (SSC) * Execute, standardize, and monitor HR processes under the Shared Services Center model, supporting Group units. * Ensure support to units through standardized workflows, internal SLAs, and effective communication with stakeholders. Employee Work Schedule Administration * Monitor onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, vacation scheduling, and time tracking. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding. * Lead recruitment and selection processes for various levels and departments. * Support and structure onboarding programs for new employees. Development, Organizational Climate, and Performance: * Support training and development initiatives, performance evaluations, and organizational climate programs. * Contribute to employee engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives. Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement. * Prepare managerial reports and HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, R\&S SLA, among others). * Support internal and external HR-related audits. * Suggest improvements, standardizations, and automations to increase efficiency within the SSC. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Generalist HR Analyst. * Practical experience across all HR subsystems. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with HR management systems (ERP, payroll, time tracking, R\&S, or similar). **Desirable Qualifications** --------------------------- * Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC). * Experience in HR implementation or structuring initiatives and processes. * Prior experience in the health or services sector. * Knowledge of HR metrics. **Why Join Our Team?** -------------------------------------- * A growing and systematically transforming work environment. * A genuine opportunity to participate in implementing and consolidating HR within the SSC. * Direct involvement with strategic Group units. * A culture grounded in transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
