Interaction with international clients and various logistics agents. Description: We are seeking a Senior Export Analyst to handle shipment scheduling and management of international processes. The professional will be responsible for coordinating the entire export cycle—from document issuance to product loading and unloading—ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international laws. The role involves direct interaction with international clients, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, ensuring logistical efficiency, financial control, and delivery quality. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields; * Practical knowledge of export processes, customs documentation, and international legislation; * Ability to obtain freight quotations, negotiate with freight forwarders, and manage payments; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate/advanced English (written and spoken); * Strong communication skills with international clients and ability to resolve pending matters with regulatory authorities. Preferred Qualifications: * Intermediate or advanced Spanish; * Experience in international logistics and international trade; * Experience with ERP systems and international trade platforms; * Experience in international collections and financial reconciliation of exports; * Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and collaboration with authorities such as the Federal Revenue Service; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and focused on meeting deadlines and goals; * Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. 2511260202401832787
