You will be responsible for coordinating the entire quarry unit operation, ensuring that the production plan is executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. You will work closely with leadership and field teams, with autonomy to propose daily improvements and decisions. * Plan blasting, loading, and material transportation, executing the blast plan. * Ensure routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Coordinate aggregate production according to the production plan. * Monitor and ensure achievement of performance indicators (KPIs). * Analyze deviations and implement action plans for continuous improvement. * Select, develop, and manage the team (hiring, terminations, and training). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in rock mining for crushing. * Experience in coordinating/supervising quarry or mining operations. * Practical knowledge of blast planning, rock breaking, loading, and transportation. * Ability to manage operational teams and interface with maintenance. * Availability for 100% on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields. * Experience managing KPIs for production, safety, and maintenance. * Prior experience in environments with a strong safety and sustainability culture. * Hands-on profile, focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
