Pre-Sales (Junior Attendant)
**Responsibilities**
* Qualify leads and identify real business opportunities;
* Make initial contact with inbound and outbound leads;
* Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring quality, documentation, and speed;
* Record interactions and updates in the CRM;
* Provide daily feedback on performance and results;
* Maintain constant communication with sales and marketing teams;
* Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve sales processes;
* Ensure alignment between lead profile and handoff criteria to the sales team;
* Conduct structured follow-ups according to the sales funnel;
* Monitor lead conversion metrics and propose improvements.
**Technical Skills**
* Strong oral and written communication;
* Ability to analyze pre-sales indicators;
* Organizational skills for managing a high volume of leads.
