The **Urban Microcredit Agent** works within the Microfinance team and is responsible for capturing and retaining potential customers by advising their businesses in accordance with policies, performing analyses, granting credit, and carrying out other activities related to the role. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO**! **Responsibilities and duties** Collect overdue payments according to established methodology; Guide clients in your portfolio and verify proper use of granted credits; Develop action plans for operational routines of your client portfolio according to established targets; Establish contact with clients, following the methodological steps defined by the Microfinance Program; Gather economic and financial information about clients' activities at their workplaces to analyze credit granting; Handle credit requests by visiting potential clients and informing them about proposal submission procedures according to policy and procedure manuals; Conduct promotional events and informative talks about microfinance products and other activities aimed at acquiring new clients and retaining active ones; And other responsibilities related to the area. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Legal age (18 years or older); Education: High school diploma; Availability for intercity travel; Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Experience in sales, negotiation, collections, and customer service. **Additional information** **Salary:** Base salary of R$ 1,717.73; Variable compensation, reaching up to R$ 2,318.24; Bonus (DH will provide details during the selection process). **Benefits:** Training; Life insurance; Health plan; Transportation allowance; Dental plan; Private pension plan; Partnerships with educational institutions; Well-being incentive program through Wellhub; Meal allowance and food basket benefit totaling R$ 1,507.24; Childcare/babysitter reimbursement for children up to 5 years and 11 months old – R$ 320.38 (fixed amount per child); Quality of Life Program (We offer subprograms supporting health and well-being of our employees across physical, emotional, and social dimensions). **Workload:** 40 hours per week; **Working hours:** From 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Description Perform janitorial, maintenance, cleaning, building conservation, and administrative support services involving building facilities, equipment, pantry, and other administrative support tasks for the organization and development of the department. Prepare and/or provide coffee, tea, water, and food to employees and clients using pantry equipment and utensils. Ensure order and cleanliness of the work area and materials used (microwave oven, refrigerator, water cooler, cutlery, etc.). Collect technical department materials used continuously in examinations and send them for washing and disinfection; Restock hypochlorite for disinfection of materials used by the technical department; Clean environments, rooms, offices, and restrooms; disinfect countertops, disinfect areas, and clean air conditioners; Collect waste, including common and biological waste; replace garbage bags; sanitize bins and trash cans, following appropriate disposal regulations from Monday onward; Clean and sanitize equipment such as centrifuge, thermoblock, among others; wash and disinfect reusable technical department materials used continuously in examinations; Restock decontaminated materials to the technical department; Sterilize materials in an autoclave for disposal as biological waste; Clean environments, rooms, laboratories, offices, and restrooms; disinfect countertops, disinfect areas, and clean air conditioners; Identify cleaning material needs at the warehouse to perform janitorial duties; Archive work schedules; fill out temperature control documents and forms (refrigerator and environment); Support sample preparation activities for microscopy, such as urinalysis, parasitology, Gram staining, and Ziehl-Neelsen staining.
