The main responsibilities of this role are: Conducting store inspections/audits efficiently, accurately, and reliably, analyzing characteristics and conditions of conservation/functionality of stores; Identifying and observing materials, finishes, furniture, and other property items; Recording collected information in detailed text along with photos to prepare inspection reports via a tablet application; Pre\-requisites: Completed high school (construction technician qualification desirable); Basic computer knowledge; CNPJ or MEI for issuing invoices as an individual; Android smartphone or tablet; Residing in Barbacena and surrounding region. 2511070202301284454
