Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Monitor and verify measurements of completed services. Control quality, productivity, scope, and safety at work fronts. Interact with internal teams and contractors. Record non-conformities and support implementation of corrective actions. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Building Construction (or related fields: Civil Construction Technician, Civil Works Technician). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel (data analysis, reporting, measurement spreadsheets, and progress tracking). Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading, interpreting, and verifying engineering drawings. Driver's license — Category B.
