### **Job Description**
The professional will be responsible for receiving and issuing invoices and bank slips, registering clients; performing bank reconciliation; verifying bank slips and invoices; collections; cash closing; preparing control spreadsheets (Cash Flow, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and ABC Curve); processing employee payroll; liaising with the accounting department; hiring and terminating employees; and other administrative tasks within the company.
### **Prerequisites**
Completed high school; proficiency in Excel and Word; proven experience in administrative, tax, financial, and personnel routines; analytical and planning skills, proactivity, and punctuality. It is essential to have genuine availability to work in the North Zone of Juiz de Fora (Fábrica neighborhood).
