We seek a professional with prior experience in this role, attention to processes, and responsibility in performing tasks—contributing to team productivity and maintaining the quality of offered products. Key responsibilities: Preparation of various doughs (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas, etc.); Pizza production during designated periods; Manufacturing of various types of fried and baked appetizers; Shaping, filling, and finishing products; Quality control of ingredients used; Proper organization and storage of supplies; Sanitization of utensils, equipment, and workplace; Strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations; Support in production control and item restocking; Verification of food expiration dates and storage conditions; Maintenance of recipe and portion standardization. ### **Prerequisites** Experience in kitchen or food production, and basic knowledge of good practices and food handling. ### **Benefits** On-site meal, life insurance, and transportation allowance (6%). After 3 months: Total Pass \+ health plan (Unimed) ### **Notes** Workplace: Independência Shopping \- Juiz de Fora/MG. Schedule: Rotating 6x1 shift \- Working hours: 07:00–15:20 (1-hour lunch break) \- Fixed day off per week and one Sunday per month.
