Main responsibilities: \- Weighing and pricing meats; \- Assisting with specific cuts using appropriate equipment; \- Organizing and restocking products to ensure proper display in the department; \- Keeping the cold room clean, organized, and compliant with preservation standards; \- Checking labels, expiration dates, and product quality standards; \- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the department, equipment, and utensils; \- Assisting with inventory control and organization of meat stock; \- Adhering to food safety regulations and good handling practices. **We do not operate open butcher shops.
