The Operations Assistant will support and assist factory routines, contributing to the smooth operation of production processes, workplace organization, and achievement of established goals. It is essential that the candidate possess discipline, agility, proactivity, organizational skills, and commitment to quality, as well as willingness to support various operational areas as required by production needs. Responsibilities: • Support production activities for pet rehabilitation products, assisting in assembly, finishing, and inspection stages as needed; • Support the organization and preparation of materials, supplies, and tools for the production process; • Assist internal movement of materials and products between production stages; • Contribute to workplace organization, cleaning, and standardization; • Support adherence to production processes, technical specifications, and operational instructions; • Assist in identifying and reporting defects, non-conformities, or process adjustments required; • Support basic inventory control of production supplies; • Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient production flow; • Comply with internal rules, operational procedures, and safety guidelines; • Support leadership with diverse factory operational requests. ### **Prerequisites** Desired Profile: Prior production experience is desirable.
