Job Summary: Patrimonial security guard responsible for access control, patrols, incident logging, and preventive inspections in high-security environments. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to complete incident reports and patrol logs Location: Barão de Cocais Schedule: 12x36 shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.294,91 \***REQUIREMENTS:**\* Prior experience as a security guard, property doorman, or access controller, preferably in large enterprises, industrial facilities, or mining companies; Familiarity with routines for controlling entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials; Ability to complete incident reports and patrol logs; Basic knowledge of physical security procedures and internal access policies; Desirable experience using two-way radios and gatehouse control systems (spreadsheets or applications); Capacity to work outdoors, with sustained attention and physical stamina suitable for the role; Preference given to candidates with prior experience in locations demanding high security standards, such as mining companies, power plants, or industrial plants. Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic patrols, monitoring critical areas and strategic points; * Maintain presence at base post for visual observation, access control, and operational flow support; * Monitor access to storage areas for supplies and equipment; * Log incidents and complete shift reports; * Perform preventive inspections, paying attention to risks, damages, suspicious situations, and behavioral deviations; * Organize and guide drivers and service providers when necessary; * Support supervision and address client requests.
