Leadership support and corporate process governance **Job Description:** Strategic and corporate practice within the Organizational Human Development team, focusing on designing, managing, and monitoring Culture, Organizational Climate, and Performance Cycle processes, ensuring standardization, quality, and impact across Mater Dei Network’s 9 units. **Main Responsibilities:** **Culture and Organizational Climate:** * Plan, conduct, and monitor organizational climate surveys. * Manage corporate action plans and support units in their implementation. * Lead initiatives related to cultural rituals. **Performance Cycle:** * Design, execute, and monitor the Corporate Performance Management Cycle. * Apply the Nine Box methodology to support development and succession processes. **Corporate Practice:** * Support leadership and corporate departments with DHO analyses and metrics. * Ensure governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes across units. * Serve as a technical reference for Culture, Climate, and Performance topics. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **DHO experience with hands-on practice in:** * Organizational Climate Survey Performance Management Cycle – Nine Box methodology * Experience in corporate environments and/or medium-to-large organizations. * Analytical and organized profile, with strong communication skills and consultative capabilities.
