Description: We are looking for someone who dares to take the lead with us. Responsibilities and duties: * Act as a technical Azure specialist, focused on cost optimization, application performance, and resilience. * Build scalable, resilient, secure, and financially efficient solutions using Microsoft’s IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. * Lead infrastructure projects on Azure, including migrations, refactoring, and architectural redesign. * Reduce technical debt and drive application modernization to improve performance and cost-efficiency. * Implement and manage infrastructure via Azure DevOps and IaC (Infrastructure as Code). * Monitor platforms, propose cost tuning, adjust consumption, and optimize workloads. * Create and maintain internal documentation of best practices. * Resolve incidents and platform issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams. * Work with Azure event-driven technologies and data components. Requirements and qualifications: * Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Data Services, Integration Services). * Practical experience in infrastructure projects, including cloud migration and environment reengineering. * Proficiency in Azure DevOps, pipelines, CI/CD, and IaC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform). * Experience in monitoring, tuning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. * Up-to-date knowledge of cloud architecture best practices (CAF, WAF, TOGAF). * Ability to work with event-driven systems on Azure. * Skill in resolving platform issues and conducting root cause analysis. * Fluent Spanish. Desirable: * Background in Data & Analytics, especially in industries such as mining or similar sectors. * Experience with data pipelines, analytical services, and data-oriented architectures. * Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments. * Fluent English.
