The Ana e Ana Pharmacy Chain is looking for a **Pharmacy Attendant \- Counter Clerk** to join our team! The role involves serving customers at the counter, assisting in the sale of medications, hygiene products, cosmetics, and fragrances. The person will also support prescription verification under the pharmacist's supervision, medication picking and delivery, store organization, restocking, and inventory control. If you are **proactive, organized, and eager to grow professionally** within a dynamic and welcoming environment, join our team! * Provide attentive, empathetic, and excellent customer service; * Guide customers on proper medication usage, resolve questions, and foster loyalty; * Restock and organize shelves (always face products forward) and store medications; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to the schedule; * Check expiration dates, label, and separate medications nearing expiration for handover to the Supervisor; * Identify near-expiry and expired products to prevent losses; * Place orders whenever necessary; * Register sales in the ERP system; * Perform CRM data collection; * Request the customer's CPF for ALL sales; * Sell PBM, Dermaclub, and Inspire products via authorized systems; * Handle telephone inquiries; * Administer injectables, measure blood pressure, and perform earlobe piercing; * Conduct quarterly inventory counts; * Pick items for delivery \- sales processed through the Sales Center and iFood; * Receive goods in the absence of administrative assistants, supervisors, and stock replenishers.
