Prepare and execute SLM’s payment obligations according to due dates, generating required documents and obtaining approvals in accordance with established policies and procedures. Reconcile executed payments, posting them in the system and rescheduling payments whenever necessary. Perform professional fee billing activities, entering required information into the proprietary system for issuing and sending invoices and bank slips to clients, in compliance with established procedures. Prepare budgetary spreadsheets for the SLM Business Condominium, entering condominium-related accounts and allocating costs by office unit per established procedures. Generate billing files for issuing bank slips via the bank and subsequently sending them to clients. Monitor and control accounts receivable, verifying receipt of due amounts on respective dates and taking necessary actions as stipulated by established policies and procedures. Provide the company’s accounting department with physical accounts receivable and accounts payable files, along with corresponding proof of payment and bank statements, for required follow-up. Perform month-end closing, reconciliation, and control of SLM’s financial operations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor discrepancies, coordinating with financial institutions to resolve inconsistencies, thereby maintaining accurate and up-to-date account balances and providing information for cash flow forecasting and updates.
