Participation in training sessions for product updates and sales techniques The Sales Associate at ACIUM is responsible for promoting and selling surgical steel jewelry products while providing excellent customer service. This professional works directly at the point of sale, serving as the primary interface between the company and consumers, and must possess in-depth product knowledge to deliver a differentiated shopping experience. * **Customer Service**: Provide personalized service by identifying customer needs and guiding\-them in product selection. * **Sales**: Execute direct sales using persuasion and negotiation techniques to meet store-established targets. * **Product Demonstration**: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of jewelry, emphasizing the quality of surgical steel. * **Inventory Management**: Assist in organizing and monitoring inventory to ensure products are always available and in good condition. * **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain post\-sale relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction. * **Training Participation**: Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on products and sales techniques. * **Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback to management regarding sales trends and customer preferences, contributing to marketing strategies. * **Work Environment**: Maintain an organized and attractive store environment, contributing to a pleasant shopping experience.
