Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing operational activities to ensure process efficiency, target achievement, and team safety. Key Highlights: 1. Promote continuous development of leaders and team members. **Position:** Operations Supervisor The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing operational activities of the unit, ensuring efficiency in Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push, and Pull operations. Guarantee achievement of performance targets, customer satisfaction, and team safety, while promoting continuous development of leaders and team members. Responsibilities: * Supervision and execution of activities with the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push, and Pull): * Manage all operational activities characteristic of the beverage business; * Ensure achievement of team people-related KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, net working hours, etc.); * Motivate, train, and develop leaders and operational teams; * Ensure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the team; * Maintain relationships with customers and customers’ customers; * Provide operational conditions for team routine execution and results attainment; * Ensure market presence (customers’ customers), verifying service/delivery conditions and team performance; * Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers compatible with company and customer needs; * Perform People & Management routines in accordance with People Cycle, Training & Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; * Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); * Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications; * Correctly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; * Commit to operationally defined targets jointly established with the customer, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role; * Perform related duties as requested by superiors. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher (Postgraduate, Master’s, Doctorate, etc.) * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field; * Driver’s license: Category B or AB or higher categories (C or AC, D or AD, E or AE) * Computer skills (Office) / Internet: Intermediate/Advanced Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: B, C, D, E * SESC Benefit Program * Course Benefit Program * University Benefit Program * Basic Food Basket * Chartered Bus * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance
