**We are looking for an R&D Assistant to join the team:** **Responsibilities:** Develop/adapt hardware, firmware, and software projects according to specifications for new products. Monitor production implementation at the factory; modify and update specifications for existing products. Improve and prepare documentation; analyze costs, quality, and project feasibility. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering, or currently pursuing such a degree. Teamwork skills; Previous experience in the role is desirable; Basic English. **Working Hours:** Mon. to Fri., from 07:40 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00 **We Offer:** Fixed salary + VA + VT.
