Handle the operational distribution of orders to all regions of Brazil. Operate and optimize workflows on digital platforms such as Shopee, Mercado Livre, and Amazon. Coordinate inventory control, receipt, and dispatch of goods. Support and guide the team, developing leadership skills and promoting good customer service practices. **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Technology (or related fields). Proven experience in logistics within the retail and wholesale sectors, preferably in the textile segment. Experience with marketplace and e-commerce operations. Skills in customer service and management of operational demands. Organized, proactive profile with strong leadership ability.
