




Job Summary: The professional will monitor and support Occupational Health and Safety Programs, conducting inspections, investigations, and training to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and support for Occupational Health and Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCA) 2. Conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and proposing improvements 3. Investigating incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing preventive actions **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and support the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCA, and others). * Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and work environments, identifying hazards and proposing improvements. * Investigate occupational incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes and proposing preventive actions. * Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions for new employees and third-party personnel. * Manage, distribute, and supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Organize and monitor processes related to the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). * Maintain and control occupational health and safety documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. * Monitor area-related indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety. * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Experience in Occupational Health and Safety. * Knowledge of legal occupational health and safety programs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial environments. * Experience managing safety performance indicators.
