




Description: Responsible for preparing, assembling, and distributing meals for patients, staff, and visitors, strictly adhering to nutritional guidelines and the hospital’s food hygiene and safety protocols. Responsibilities and Duties * Prepare, portion, and distribute meals according to prescriptions from the Nutrition Department. * Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas in compliance with sanitary regulations. * Organize and assemble meal trays according to standardization and diet types. * Assist in inventory control, verification, and restocking of food and supplies. * Collect used trays from hospital floors and clinical units. * Report to the Nutrition Team any irregularities related to meals or patients’ food acceptance. * Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and proper functioning of used equipment. * Comply with safety protocols, health surveillance requirements, and good food handling practices.
