Professional training and development JOB OPENING: COMMERCIAL SDR – DENTAL CLINIC We are looking for a communicative, organized, and commercially oriented individual to join our team! If you enjoy interacting with patients and are results-driven, this opportunity is for you. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Follow up with patients who completed evaluations but did not proceed with treatment, identifying reasons for non-conversion * Conduct follow-up with patients undergoing treatment, assessing service quality and providing support * Perform negotiations and close deals with patients * Complete contracts and organize information in the system * Maintain active patient relationships to generate new opportunities REQUIREMENTS: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Proficiency with technology * Proactive, results-oriented mindset * Familiarity with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and management systems) ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Experience in dental clinics * Empathetic and human-centered approach * Experience as an SDR, CRC, or Inside Sales representative * Experience in patient engagement and conversion * Intermediate Excel knowledge WE OFFER: * Fixed salary + commission * Performance-based bonuses * Welcoming and growing work environment * Professional training and development Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$4.548,20 per month Benefits: * Health plans and commercial discounts * Profit-sharing program * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
