Preferably with experience in logistics routines. Flexibility regarding working hours. **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** 1\. Monitor receiving, labeling, volumetric measurement, returns, discrepancy resolution, CX One, and pallet building processes, ensuring targets are met to fulfill agreed service levels with the client; 2\. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) concepts and regulations; 3\. Assign tasks to assistants, operators, checkers, task assistants, and analysts; 4\. Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace; 5\. Conduct safety briefings; 6\. Lead the team and supervise areas, ensuring adherence to the client’s / DHL’s operational system procedures and processes; 7\. Monitor material handling workflows, correcting and guiding employees in cases of doubts or non-conforming behaviors; 8\. Track area KPIs; 9\. Schedule trainings; 10\. Report accidents and incidents per the safety procedure; 11\. Manage workloads according to priorities; 12\. Update internal communication channels, gathering and disseminating information and guidance to ensure awareness across all staff and continuous process improvement; 13\. Ensure supply of area consumables by verifying replenishment needs to prevent unplanned stoppages; 14\. Participate in internal audits, organizing documents, making them available, and accompanying auditors upon request to meet internal and client requirements; 15\. Use personal protective equipment (PPE), following occupational safety guidelines to safeguard individual and collective integrity; 16\. Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, removing waste generated from goods handling to support corporate quality programs; 17\.
