Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct market research to identify suppliers and new procurement opportunities. * Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to secure optimal acquisition options. * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and conditions. * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, recommending replenishments as required by departmental needs. * Evaluate the quality of received products and services, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product records in the system. * Collaborate with other departments to efficiently meet internal demands. * Prepare procurement reports and present management-level data to senior leadership. * Participate in meetings and training sessions related to procurement and supply chain.
