As a **General Services Assistant**, you will carry out cleaning, organization, and hygiene activities across Granado\-Phebo’s premises and facilities, contributing to users’ comfort and well-being. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and sanitize floors, walls, furniture, glass surfaces, and other areas using appropriate equipment and cleaning products. * Collect and properly dispose of waste and residues generated in designated areas, following waste disposal and material separation regulations. * Organize materials and equipment in assigned locations, maintaining order and facilitating access to necessary items. * Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed, keeping inventory organized and recording restocking requests. * Operate cleaning equipment—including vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, high-pressure washers, and others—following usage and safety instructions. * Maintain and preserve equipment, reporting any issues or repair needs to your supervisor. * Observe and comply with workplace safety and hygiene procedures, using required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a general services assistant is preferred. * Proximity to Seropédica is desirable. **Additional Information** * An integrated, cheerful, and positive work environment. * On-site cafeteria for relaxed and enjoyable conversations with colleagues. * Complimentary transportation service ensuring comfort and safety during commuting.
