**Job Description** Key challenges and responsibilities of the role: Store team management; Monitoring sales activities; Maintaining store standards to deliver the best customer experience; Proposing strategies to achieve results and goals; Ensuring execution of operational standards; Overseeing medication dispensing, as well as verification, storage, and organization; Prescription registration (Ordinance No. 344/98); Performing cash closing procedures; Supporting organization and pricing of product displays; Conducting proactive sales within the pharmacy (engaging customers in the sales floor and understanding their needs); Handling all other duties pertinent to the Pharmaceutical Assistant Manager position.
