**Responsibilities and Duties** **Route Planning and Creation:** Design optimized delivery routes for both owned and third-party fleets, ensuring optimal utilization of vehicle time and space.
**Cost and Timeline Optimization:** Analyze routes to reduce operational costs and delivery time while ensuring compliance with delivery SLAs.
**Capacity Analysis:** Assess daily cargo volume to determine required vehicle count.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Prior experience as a Route Planner in **wholesale distributors, transportation companies, or logistics operators**.
Familiarity with route planning systems is desirable;
Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel** and geolocation/maps.
Knowledge of Rio de Janeiro (state capital and interior) routes.
Strong communication skills and ability to swiftly resolve problems.
Understanding of local/regional traffic restrictions.
