Junior Quality Analyst (Funeral Operations)

Job Summary: Inspect the quality of services provided at various locations, complete checklists, collect signatures, and manage documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct quality inspections at various locations 2. Manage documentation and payments related to services 3. Safely operate a vehicle for external activities Conduct inspections on service delivery at various locations (cemeteries' chapels, churches, and other venues where funerals are held); Inspect quality regarding floral arrangements, makeup, caskets, flower wreaths, documentation, and other items related to services provided by the organization; Complete quality check\-lists for services rendered; Collect signatures and deliver documentation related to services rendered to customers; Make cemetery-related expense payments when necessary; Maintain control over documentation related to performed activities; Attach service-related documentation to the organization's document management system; Operate the vehicle (motorcycle) appropriately, practicing defensive driving; Keep the operated vehicle clean and organized; Immediately inform the direct supervisor and maintenance team about any vehicle maintenance needs under one's responsibility Required Education and Experience: \*Completed High School \*Previous experience in this role \*Valid Class A driver's license with paid activity endorsement \*Flexible working hours availability \*Prior experience in verification/checking is desirable Neighborhood: São João de Meriti City: Rio de Janeiro Salary: R$ 2\.400,44 \+ Hazard Pay Benefits: \- Transportation Allowance \- Meal Allowance \- Basic Food Basket \- Dental Plan \- Health Insurance \- Life Insurance \- Family Assistance \- Birthday Day Off \- Study Incentive \- Pharmacy Discount \- Totalpass Working Hours: Full-time flexible schedule.
