




Responsible for the administrative, financial, and operational management of the Gourmet Institute unit, leading teams, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring excellence in student service. Responsibilities: Coordinate the Administrative, ASG, and Pedagogical (instructors) teams; Execute and monitor daily financial routines; Supervise student service; Monitor unit performance indicators (students per class, dropout rate, non-payment rate, and average ticket); Achieve revenue targets; Manage administrative routines such as payroll, travel tickets, uniform and workbook orders, and unit account organization. Requirements: Experience in administrative routines and team management; Knowledge of financial controls; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Leadership profile, organizational skills, strong communication, and results-oriented mindset; Experience in an academic environment or vocational training courses is a plus.
