Job Summary:
Psychology professional to implement ABA programs and techniques, collect data, apply behavioral strategies, and support the development of skills in patients with ASD.

Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Accurately implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and techniques as planned and directed by the supervisor; Collect data on patient performance and report it to the supervisor; Accurately complete scheduling and data collection systems; Implement positive reinforcement strategies and other behavioral techniques as directed by the supervisor; Support the development of the patient's social, motor, cognitive, and communication skills; Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve intervention practices; Process data as directed by the supervisor;
Consistently and punctually attend supervision sessions, clinical appointments, and activities defined for behavioral intervention.
Empathy, patience, and sensitivity when working with individuals with ASD; consistency; strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Brazilian Sign Language is not required); excellent rapport with individuals aged 5 to 18 years; teamwork for alignment with supervisors and other professionals in the field; ability to collaborate; creativity in approach; emotional regulation; ethics and professionalism.
