Job Summary: Professional to lead the management of operational routines, ensuring organization, productivity, and compliance with unit processes, while supervising and developing the team. Support and develop the team through training and feedback We are seeking an Operational Leader to directly manage operational routines, ensuring organization, productivity, and compliance with unit processes. This professional will be responsible for monitoring the operational team’s activities, assigning tasks, guiding the team, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and deadline standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise the team's daily operational activities * Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and deadline targets * Assign tasks and monitor service execution * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements * Support and develop the team by delivering training and feedback **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of Logistics, Production, and Maintenance * People management experience. **Additional Information** * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday to Friday\-Friday * Transportation allowance (VT) or meal voucher (VC) * Food allowance (VA) or meal voucher (VR) * TotalPass * Breakfast * Bonus after 3 months of experience We are one of Brazil’s largest scrap collection companies, with decades of history and a forward-looking vision.
