As a **BILLING ANALYST**, you will be **responsible for monitoring orders, processing billing, and issuing invoices within the timeframe requested by the customer.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform billing activities, from verifying sales order information to issuing and sending invoices to customers. * Receive, evaluate, and follow up on billing requests originating from sales channels. * Release orders for picking operations and arrange billing documents, labels, invoices, and other necessary documents accompanying the orders. * Ensure adherence to billing deadlines, contributing to timely order release and customer satisfaction. * Support the resolution of billing-related issues. * Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the distribution center. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation applicable to billing is desirable. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills are desirable. * Must have easy access to Seropédica/RJ. **Additional Information** Additional Information: * Integrated, cheerful, and positive work environment. * Cafeteria for relaxed and enjoyable conversations with colleagues while enjoying delicious meals. * Health, dental, and life insurance plans to ensure your well-being and that of your family.
