Job Summary: Maintenance professional responsible for mechanical activities, inspections, assembly, manual interpretation, and planning support. Key Highlights: 1. Performing maintenance and supporting selective mechanical inspections 2. Proficiency in Metrology and interpretation of Technical Drawings 3. Knowledge of integrated Electrical and Hydraulic systems Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance activities; Support selective mechanical inspections for industrial equipment wear control; Perform disassembly, assembly, adjustment, alignment, and leveling of equipment; Interpret manuals and technical drawings; Participate in failure analysis and diagnosis of mechanical problems; Support planning of routine activities and major shutdowns; Report all technical information related to maintenance execution; Qualified to operate and maintain lathes, milling machines, radial drills, saws, and general machine tools; Proficiency in Metrology (use of calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators) and interpretation of Technical Drawings; Knowledge of integrated Electrical and Hydraulic systems Requirements and Qualifications: Completed Technical Education in Mechanics and/or Electrical Engineering; Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
