Job Summary: A professional responsible for structuring, managing, and optimizing the e-commerce and omnichannel area, focusing on continuous platform improvement and sales growth through strategies and performance indicator analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Structure and manage the e-commerce and omnichannel area 2. Manage the e-commerce platform and its continuous evolution 3. Implement strategies to grow sales and achieve APP targets RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Structure and manage the e\-commerce and omnichannel area, including processes, payment methods, logistics, integrations, and initial platform configuration. \- Manage the e\-commerce platform and its evolution through improvement projects and constant advancement of new features, usability enhancements to support mobile usage, major browsers, and market operating systems. \- Continuously monitor platform evolution to improve customer experience via integrations with anti\-fraud partners, payment providers, marketplaces, chat services, etc. \- Implement sales growth strategies and actions, considering commercial inputs and inventory analysis. \- Be accountable for achieving APP sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to increase e\-commerce visibility and sales conversion. \- Implement and monitor departmental KPIs to evaluate e\-commerce performance across categories, brands, and products, providing insights to support campaigns and ultimately drive sales. REQUISITOS: \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Technology, Digital Marketing, or related fields. \- Familiarity with platform integrations and migrations, payment methods, anti\-fraud systems, and marketplaces, as well as site-to-physical-store integration structures. \- Knowledge of e\-commerce platform management (e.g., VTEX), marketplaces, and ERP systems. \- Retail industry experience is a plus. \- Experience with Tray platform; \- Experience with marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Mercado Livre, Shopee, etc.).
