




**JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide customer service for electric utility clients, identify their needs, clarify questions and solve problems. Identify customer complaints, promote quick and efficient solutions, ensure security and credibility to customers. Always seek the best solution for customers within company-established rules and procedures. Meet established deadlines for resolution and operational performance indicators.
