Opportunity for proactive and communicative professionals An exclusive cosmetics distributor is hiring a Sales Demonstrator under a permanent CLT employment contract, with on-site work required in the Baixada Fluminense region of Rio de Janeiro. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for visiting clients and points of sale using one's own motorcycle, ensuring direct engagement with retailers and strengthening commercial relationships. Takes orders from store owners, presents products, negotiates, and promotes sales. Also monitors inventory levels, restocks when necessary, and organizes products at the point of sale. Participates in training sessions, follows scheduled visit routes, and collects customer feedback to contribute to process improvements and enhanced business results. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in this role—especially within the cosmetics segment—is considered an advantage. We seek a proactive, communicative professional with a strong results orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. **Owning a motorcycle and holding a valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) is mandatory**, as the role requires daily travel between clients and points of sale.
