We are seeking a practical professional with excellent communication skills for our commercial operations. The primary focus is direct customer service and product packaging, along with periodic administrative responsibilities. *MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: DAILY TASKS: · In-person and remote customer service · Packaging of bouquets and various flowers · Organization and management of the delivery process · Organization and maintenance of the workplace environment · Daily control and updating of simple spreadsheets · Support to operations as needed · Creation of simple product content for social media *PERIODIC TASKS – Tasks that may be required occasionally: · Issuing invoices as needed · Organizing fiscal documents · Cash reconciliation · Generating and sending files *DESIRED PROFILE: · Practical, agile person with manual dexterity · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Organizational skills and proactivity in maintaining workspace and products · Ability to learn basic administrative procedures · Prior experience in a commercial/retail environment and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office will be considered an advantage—but are not mandatory, as our top priority is finding someone who aligns with our company culture! *JOB DETAILS · CLT employment contract · 5x2 work schedule · Salary: BRL 1,850.00 Job type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 1,850.00 per month
