Job Description We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to handle customer service and relationship management. Extensive experience is not required: we seek individuals with the right attitude, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in growing within the commercial field. Responsibilities and Activities: \* Serve customers by understanding their needs and presenting our products and services. \* Deliver basic presentations and explanations regarding Fenattech’s solutions. \* Support the commercial team in pre- and post-sale routines. \* Assist in tracking proposals, quotations, and customer follow-ups. \* Maintain up-to-date records of contacts and opportunities in spreadsheets or internal systems. Desired Profile: \* Communicative personality, comfortable interacting with people. \* Proactive and self-motivated to seek information and support the team. \* Willingness to learn and develop within the sales field. \* Organized and responsible regarding deadlines and tasks. Requirements: \* Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus). \* Strong verbal and written communication skills. \* Availability for on-site work.
