The ideal candidate must have proven experience in team management, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities: \- Supporting the manager with store routines and team management. \- Ensuring customer satisfaction; \- Monitoring and achieving sales targets; \- Managing inventory and orders; \- Assisting in developing sales strategies. \- Providing counter service for pharmaceuticals. Requirements: \- Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; \- Proven experience in team management; \- Sales and customer service skills; \- Knowledge of inventory and order management; \- Availability to work fixed hours (store closing).
