We are hiring **1 External Sales Representative** for in-person commercial activities, focusing on external sales, customer prospecting, and active relationship management within the region. * **Fixed salary:** R$ 2.000,00 * **Benefit:** Meal allowance of R$ 300,00 * **Employment type:** CLT (Permanent) * **Work arrangement:** Hybrid, predominantly external * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturday, 10:00–14:00 ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct external sales of mobile phones; * Prospect new customers and maintain relationships with the active customer base; * Visit customers, conduct negotiations, and close sales; * Support deliveries and collections when necessary; * Represent the company with ethical and professional conduct. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * **Driver's license Category A** (mandatory); * Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills; * Desire to grow and develop within the commercial area; * Prior experience in external sales is a plus. ### **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Excellent character and professional demeanor; * Results-oriented mindset and focus on customer relationships.
