




**Position:** SDR Sales Representative – Lead Prospecting and Qualification **Location:** Feira de Santana – Bahia **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) – USD 1,600 + VT (Transportation Voucher) + aggressive commission A law firm is seeking an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to conduct lead prospecting and qualification, with a focus on scheduling qualified meetings for the closing attorney (Closer). **Key Responsibilities:** Initiate first contact with leads who have expressed interest (phone, WhatsApp, etc.); Investigate legal needs and identify the type of debt and involved institution; Qualify leads according to the law firm’s ideal client profile; Schedule meetings between leads and the attorney (Closer); Conduct strategic follow-up, maintaining active engagement with leads; Record and track information in the CRM, keeping the sales pipeline updated. **Requirements:** Strong communication and persuasion skills; Organizational skills and results orientation; Experience in customer service, sales, or prospecting is a plus; Basic CRM knowledge will be considered an advantage. **What We Offer:** Fixed salary + commission + transportation voucher; Training and support for professional development in the commercial area; Growth opportunities within a dynamic and collaborative environment **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
