We seek a communicative, organized, and commercially oriented professional with sales experience and the ability to initiate conversations and identify opportunities. **Main Responsibilities** * Actively prospect leads (via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail); * Make initial commercial contact with potential clients; * Qualify leads and understand initial requirements; * Schedule meetings for the Closers team; * Update information and track contacts in the CRM; * Support the commercial workflow and organization of opportunities. **Requirements** * Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and discipline in commercial processes; * Proactive, results-oriented profile; * Completed high school education. **Ideal Candidate Profile** A professional skilled in communication, commercial outreach, and building initial client relationships—organized, persistent, and committed to goals and results.
